"We had a lovely time last month at Grand Bávaro Princess! The property was well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely return! The food was great with the exception of the food at the steakhouse, Gaucho. We’re a family of 4 and none of us liked the food at the steakhouse, but to each their own. Other than that, the buffets were great, and enjoyed the pizza and teppanyaki restaurants very much! "

"The property could use some fixing up. We noticed a possible leak coming from the ceiling near the kitchen in the buffet. Hopefully nothing major. The room was nice and the AC was amazing because of the weather. They restock your mini fridge which is nice. Staff was extremely nice and super helpful at all times. They have a tram which takes you to the palace and it passes every 5-10 minutes. Super convenient so you don’t have to walk. The palace is super big and includes all families but...

"It’s a big place with different activities to do, a lot of the restaurants to choose, I didn’t like the service of towels some times didn’t have it more, and the quality of the towel too. Some they have spots with bleach. "

"The resort is very close to the airport, and most of the activities are close by, it is a very beautiful resort, with lots of entertainment every day for adults and kids. The buffet was very rich every day with lots of varieties to choose from. The hotel had their our suvenir shop and also had staff from companies where you can book your favourite excursions. The room was very clean, the staff were exceptionably friendly, nice, helpful and made our stay rememberable! I would definitely recommend...

"Overall nice property but a rough start to our stay. We were first put in the wrong room and given keys that didn't open the door. Then when I went back to the desk and showed my receipt from they tried to argue with me that my receipt was wrong and they were fully booked. It took hours to get it worked out. Once we got the right room it was a much better experience. The property could use some.improvements but overall was in good shape. Staff was great throughout and good was decent which was...

"This is my wife's & mine 9th time at this resort. The front desk staff is amazing, Oliver the entertainment manager is a great & super helpful guy ( he helped us out several times). Carlos, Ashley & Lionel at the pool bar are the best bar tenders. Basically the entire staff that works at this resort is friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome. Until next for our 10th trip"

"I stayed for 6 days with my husband, we always travel to Punta Cana for our vacations and it is the first time we stayed here and it won't be the last.
