"This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back! It’s such a great location. Even on a holiday weekend, the place felt quiet and the beach was not crowded. It was a hot weekend, so the under deck area was a great retreat from the for the kids to play. And the upper deck is great for evenings in the summer. It was so nice to see the beach and sunrise from the deck. Great stay!"

"Beautiful location, views are stunning and to be able to walk a few steps to the beach was a joy! The kitchen and living areas was great. My sister didn't get to come, she ended up in the hospital, but had she come it would have been hard for her to climb the stairwell from the bedrooms to the living & dining areas. "Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊"

"This rental was amazing! It was just as described. We enjoyed sitting on the patio just chilling out and even made a meal or two. It was perfect. "We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."
