"We are very happy with our home away from home while vacationing in Dominica. Leonard was very responsive from the questions we had before we booked until the end of our stay. He helped with taxi arrangements from the airport to recommending a car rental service. "My wife and me really enjoyed staying at 5th Avenue, Madrelle. The property is in good shape with all the facilities for our use. It was home from home. The views from the porch, especially at night, were to die for. The in country manager and owner was absolutely great, they were always available to resolve any issues we encountered and answer any questions. Would stay there again."

"Burkey's place is beautiful, well stocked and relaxing! We went with two young kids, and we enjoyed the ability to wash our clothes and make dinner, while still being in a unique Jungle setting. Would definitely recommend, especially to a couple or two couples traveling together. "

"Nous avons sejourne 34 jours chez sharon et chris du 3 dec 2023 au 6 jan 2024. Le logement etait propre et fonctionel. Ce logement tres bien situe est a 10 minutes de marche du centre ville de roseau. Nous avons vraiment apprecier nos hotes car en plus de nous offrir le transport au port a l arrivee et au depart, ils repondaient a toutes nos questions et nous informaient des activites. En plus, ils nous ont inviter a partager leurs repas a noel et au jour de l an. Vraiment un couple merveilleux....

"If you enjoy the outdoors, you will LOVE this cottage!! We wanted to experience Dominica and all its beauty and this property provided us more than we could have ever imagined. We woke up each morning to stunning views of the mountains and had coffee in the outdoor kitchen/living area. The location was also ideal to the local attractions and the city of Roseau. "There was nothing to like about this place. It was dirty smell of marijuana. The bathroom had no lighting. the roof was dirty and mouldy. Honestly i don't think this place should be advertised to rent for people. I ended up booking somewhere else because it was not accommodating. The picture advertised is not the real place. I'd like a refund because i only spent 10minutes at this palce and left."

"La location est bien située, ds un cadre agréable, mais elle est mal entretenue, extérieurs mal aménagés, circuit électrique défectueux, intérieur défraîchi, voiture épave ds le bas de la maison. La moitié des lampes ne fonctionne pas, pas d’eau chaude à l’évier et au lavabo. Accueillis par la femme de ménage qui a fait tout son possible pour nous être agréable. "We stayed at the residence for two weeks and were fully satisfied. Everything we requested was provided. For example, I teach online classes and needed to access the internet during the time I was there. Since the outlets do not accommodate US. plugs, we were supplied with an electrical adapter that accommodated my laptop.
