"It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes."

"We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. "

"It was a beautiful condo with an easy, quick walk to the beach. Our only comment would be that more living room seating is needed (we had six people and there was a couch and armchair) and maybe some chairs and a table on the balcony. "

"I traveled with my elderly parents and this property was perfect for us. The simplicity of the layout of the property was perfect for my parents that both have health issues. Due to construction next door access to the beach was limited in the sense that we needed to take the stairs. There were not many and both parents managed well. Beach staff were excellent so helpful and patient. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay away from crowds and over stimulating environments."

"This place was extremely overpriced for the quality of the stay. The room was “private and self serviced” meaning the hotel staff were not able to provide any services for us. And when you contact the local property manager for your room, they won’t help you either. So the entire stay we weren’t able to get any new towels, sheets, etc. There was also a little mold on the bathroom walls near the shower and stains on the bedsheets/pillow cases. "Great location, great view, close to beach. Condo is a little dated and had a strong smoke odor. We had to leave the patio door open part way to get rid of the smoke smell. We had a problem with the battery to our remote, it went dead. She was very quick in returning our call and getting it fixed. If they could remedy the smoke smell we would definitely stay here again. Hollywood beach/boardwalk was right up the road."
