"Overall, the accommodations were good. Unfortunately for 7 days during our stay the adjacent owner was building a new home and excavators were active from 7am throughout the day. We would up taking day trips to the various lakes in the area. We purchased some additional DVD at a local thrift store and left them for others to enjoy."

"Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir erstaunt darüber, wie liebevoll das Haus ursprünglich gebaut und später mit viel Stil renoviert und modernisiert wurde. Das Haus und der Garten sind eine Oase der Ruhe, die nur durch Tiergeräusche, wie die von u.a. Streifenhörnchen, Spechten, einem Kolibri und ab und zu von weiter entfernten Nachbarn unterbrochen wird. Uns hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt: es war u.a. ausreichend Trinkwasser vorhanden, wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und backen in der voll...

"Lovely lake, great views from home. Quite shady on the dock and yard in the afternoon, at least during the later part of summer. Cabin is rustic with only one bathroom so a little tight if you are filling all beds. The bunkhouse bedroom is that, an outdoor bunkhouse, the master bedroom is huge and the loft is of course open to the living area. My only negative would be the kitchen as I felt it could use a good scouring and a little more security against “critters”. Overall we enjoyed our stay...

"Its a beautiful and lovely place to stay for a vacation. We really enjoyed the place. The weather was not warm but inside the house is warm and comfortable. They kept everything we needed. Definitely we would like to go back there in a next opportunity. Thanks Joan and Len, Maryam and family "

"Beautiful lake, cabin was semi-clean, needs a deep clean. Cabin has a strong, musty mothballs smell( not pleasant in my opinion). For the price that we paid per night, I felt that firewood should be included. We had some cold, rainy days and the inside electric fire sound like it was going to blow up so we had to turn the stove on to warm up the place. Barbeque that they provided was not in good repair and was full of cigarette butts."

"Huge, super cute cabin. Lots of rooms for guests. Lots of outdoor space. A 2 min walk to the water, space to put your towels down and go for a swim. Hosts were friendly and had great communication throughout our trip."

"Nice cabin, host goes the extra mile with fresh eggs and cream, responsive and friendly. It’s clean and has all the supplies you need in kitchen(dishes, pots, cutlery etc). Listing doesn’t note that there are no doors for bedrooms - therefore no privacy. Window coverings would be nice - sun came up around 5am.family dog Hiro is super sweet and friendly."
