"El resort es magnífico en un emplazamiento muy bonito, la playa de cantos rodados espectacular, con muy pocas habitaciones que lo hace muy familiar. Destacaría lo bien organizado que están las zonas comunes y la limpieza del lugar. Las habitaciones son amplias y se echa en falta un minibar. El aire acondicionado tiene un contador y el consumo lo pagas aparte. Se bucea, pero también, como en nuestro caso, se realizan expediciones para avistar el tiburón ballena para quienes practican esnórquel....

"We were looking for a place to stay for a quick visit to Tacloban for a friend's wedding around the Palo area. Our key concern was the proximity since we didn't want to book anywhere too far. Fan's was a great find. They had a nice and clean place, accommodating staff, and was close to a bunch of places to see, food to sample, and not as much traffic as the city's main roads. "

"Great hotel, great location, right across the mall. Everything is close from it. Pleanty of restaurants across the street and the hotels buffet is good also. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well mantain. Hightly recommended"

Tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento, como la alcachofa de la ducha, la tabla del inodoro. Además la nula información para los amantes del snorkeling, y la falta de cambio de moneda para los huéspedes."

"Our favorite place to stay in the Tacloban area. The staff is always wonderful and the restaurant downstairs is great. If you don’t want to be in the city, this is the perfect place. "

"Most of the bungalows are located at the street side. A lot of noise from passing scooters woke me up early in the morning. No relax sleep."

"Hotel room itself and crews are exceptional, breakfast was delicious.. except they never mentioned on booking about the renovation of the pool which family was looking forward to enjoy. So that's the downpart of the hotel,.. rather they told us during check in so, family was a bit disappointed, but rather than that, we had fun. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff and the place was also nice other than some ants. Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on....

"Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation."

"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."
