"Excelente. Para las personas que viajan para disfrutar la nieve el hotel esta en una ubicación extraordinaria, se puede acceder esquiando a la gran mayoría de las pistas de Cortina. Se alquilan equipos en el propio hotel y a buen precio. Para las personas que están sin coche se complica ir al centro de Cortina. Si se tiene coche hay estacionamiento gratis y en 10 minutos se llega a Cortina a través de un paisaje extraordinario."

"We absolutely loved La Culla and Eliza the host. Everything here was perfect. Eliza greeted us and communicated with us through the hotels.com app. She told us about the area, recommend dinner places, and sightseeing. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and super nice bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous with honeycomb, homemade breads, jams, and yogurt. Eliza made sure we had everything that we needed while we stayed. If only we were able to stay longer! Don't stay in Cortina d'ampezzo,...

"Muy amable la encargada. El desayuno tipo buffet aceptable aunque poco variado. Hotel muy bonito por fuera, en particular uno de los dos bloques, aunque no fue en el que nos alojaron. Instalaciones en buen estado y todo limpio, aunque las habitaciones eran pequeñas y de un estilo muy austero para el precio, pero pagas la zona."

"Excelente.
Nos tocó que hubiera construcciones al rededor porque serán las olimpiadas en febrero 2026 pero aún así la estancia fue muy buena y se pueden apreciar las vistas hacia la montaña, además de que tiene una buena ubicación para salir a caminar.
A considerar: ni tienen elevador y también hay que subir escaleras para llegar al hotel"
"El servicio es impecable. Todos se esmeran por hacer que tu estancia sea maravillosa. La comida es deliciosa y el SPA impresionante. Nos encanto y la recomendamos a ojo cerrado"
"La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era fredda per via di molti spifferi, il riscaldamento non si poteva aumentare in quanto centralizzato. La camera inoltre non è ben insonorizzata e c’è stato un problema con l’acqua della doccia che una sera non arrivava ben calda.
Acqua della piscina fredda, e un costo aggiuntivo di 25€/ persona per accedere a una sauna e un bagno turco. Nelle camere non sono forniti accappatoio e ciabatte, che vengono affittate a pagamento (rispettivamente 25€ e 5€).
Ci hanno richiesto cauzione per poter prendere in prestito un adattatore da presa shuko e un phon dato che quello della camera non funzionava (5€ e 20€).
In generale pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle, grande mancanza di servizi al cliente.
