We initially felt that the front staff were extremely disengaging, slightly defensive on some of the feedback we were providing them. 1)food was deplorable. We come from a place of having been to other 5 or 7 star places in India and globally. ..."

"The surrounding is beautiful but there are many issues : No water flow No hot water No power- biggest issue Service is pathetic Cleanliness is not maintained- bedsheets, towels everything is dirty No shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel in bathrooms The water spray in bathroom is broken.
