"We have just returned from a weekend stay at Rosebank House and it was wonderful. There were 9 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 84 years old to 22 month old. and our family dog.The house is very spacious and so well equipped, soaps, shower gels and toilet rolls in every bathroom, fairy liquid and cleaning sprays in kitchens, kitchen rolls, dish towels and lovely towels, a beautiful welcome pack, I could go on but the list would be endless. Blairgowrie town centre a short walk away and...

"We loved it and would not hesitate in coming back. Everything we needed supplied. Hot tub was particularly special. Full SKY package was a nice surprise. Lovely, spacious, tidy grounds. Very quiet area. Beds a bit soft for my liking but still comfortable. Wifi details supplied didnt work but used details on the router and all was fine. A bit rushed in the morning, 12, or even 11am checkout time would have been better. Overall, 99% happy. Defo stay more than two nights next time"

"A beautiful part of Scotland to stay in, with lots of information about the surrounding area available for us when we arrived. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed our only issue being that the beds were not very comfortable, despite this we had a lovely stay in a part of the country we had not visited before."
