Amazing weekend
If you like quiet beauty, this is the place. The house, located in the southwestern part of Virgina, offers amazing views from the extremely comfortable back porch. We watched deer every morning and evening as they grazed in the neighbor's yard. One morning we sat on the back porch for nearly 3 hours enjoying the beauty. The landscape in this area is breathtaking! The house was perfect for my wife and me. The kitchen well stocked with everyday essentials. The appliances are new; and the furniture is new and comfortable. This house is well-represented by the owner. We did not want to leave.

This is a great little house! The listing is accurate and the hosts are very communicative leading up to the stay. House was clean, very well stocked and comfortable. The bed is also super comfortable. Would recommend!

Great place
Two driveways are basically side by side, so pay attention to mailbox numbers. GREAT stay. Very clean and comfortable. Super quiet. Great hot water. We didn’t need to communicate with the owners, but all replies before our stay were quick. We went specifically to see a play - the theater is 20(?) mins away. Definitely recommend.

Quick get away
John and I went to abingdon to ride the Virginia creeper trail. Tom was so helpful in letting us know how far it was from this location and gave us several recommendations on where to eat and what was going on in town. The house was beautiful and well cared for. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Tiny House
We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very clean and the perfect tiny house for a couple. Has all the amenities of home. We did see a family of deer one morning. Close to Bristol. Would definitely recommend for a couple looking for a getaway or if you are in town for the races and want a more quiet setting.

Adorable cottage in the country
We had a wonderful stay for our visit to the Virginia Creeper trail. The cottage is beautiful and in a gorgeous location and quiet area. The owners were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. The space is perfect for 2 with everything you need. Owners were thoughtful to add a personal touch with a few snacks and toiletries provided. We loved watching the deer play in the field beside the house. My only suggestion would be to add a second tv in the bedroom for those lazy evenings. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful and Relaxing
My husband and I had a great getaway in the cottage with our little dogs! It is such a beautiful and peaceful setting to get away and unwind for a few days. The cottage is small, but a great use of space so you don't feel cramped at all. Comfortable furniture and all the extras that you need for a great stay. Even though the cottage is situated right next to the owner's house, the way it's oriented still makes it feel private. Any questions I had Tom answered quickly with a text. We had a great time and would love to go back sometime!
