"Very familya friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the start were kind. The location was sadə and maddə visiting parka, eateriea and fountains rast. We alp felt very welcome!"

"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english. The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."

"I stayed at Sapphire Bayil Hotel with my mum during our recent visit to Baku and we were genuinely impressed by the experience. The hotel combines modern comfort with a warm, professional atmosphere. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff deserve special mention- they were consistently attentive, polite, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming."

"We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...
