"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"Beyond expectations, location, location, location of course with that front row seat view of Etna across the bay but the property itself was much larger than expected from the photos. Lots of outdoor and indoor space well designed clean bright and airy. The host was very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. "

Only negative thing for us was the overload on messages and mails regarding check in/out and houserules. "Beautiful house in a quiet area. Luxurious accommodation with incredible facilities and a really beautiful outdoor private pool. The indoor thermal pool was an additional luxury great to cool off after hot days in the sun or to use when the rain came. We didn’t pay to have it heated. The kids loved them both as did we. "Villa Emma is just as described, beautiful!! The house was perfect and the pool was our favorite hang out spot. It is nestled among 4,000 orange trees with a view of the sea and Mt Aetna. The location made it very easy to see sites. Would recommend and can’t wait to bring my kids back!!!"

"There were many issues, some were fixed within the first week, some were not fixed until we left (distroyed BBQ). Sometimes we had to tell the owner twice to fix something (broken bed). Rattling fan in the kitchen (noosy), A/C was working in all rooms. The rooms were big. Ant poison was on the terrace when we arrived (unsafe for small children). "Villa Voces is an authentic Sicilian villa. You have a wonderful view of Mount Etna, we were lucky enough to see a slight eruption, it was spectacular! The kitchen is fully equipped. "L'appartement est agréable, il est simple mais fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse en ayant une vue splendide sur la mer. Le quartier est très calme et la place de parking est un plus pour la voiture de location. Son emplacement est idéal pour les visites et la proximité de commerces et restaurants. La communication a été facile avec Giuseppe et pierluigi malgré le fait de ne pas parler italien. En bref: Un très bon choix."

"Nous sommes ravis de cette location. Notre hôte nous à accueillis chaleureusement. Elle a pu répondre à chacune de nos questions, et a pris de nos nouvelles à plusieurs reprises. Le logement est tout à fait adapté à une famille de 5 personnes. Il est bien situé : plages et restaurants sont situés à moins de 10 minutes à pied. La Sicile est une île magnifique. La visite de Syracuse et Taormina peut se faire dans la journée. Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois sûrement !"
