The hotel's prime location and clean rooms were definite highlights. Most staff members were friendly and welcoming. However, our experience was soured by a security guard's unnecessarily harsh behavior. When we attempted to take the elevator from the garage where our vehicle was parked, he became confrontational and insisted we use the main entrance. His tone was unprofessional, and the encounter felt strange and unwarranted.
While the manager's apology and resolution were appreciated, the guard's behavior left a lasting impression. With some customer service training for staff, this hotel could easily elevate its game. For now, it's a solid "average" – a good location and decent amenities, but inconsistent service.
