"Historic hotel with great character. However bedroom faced the main street and was very noisy after midnight with groups of young people shouting abusive comments to each other and others. Appreciate the hotel itself can't prevent this but maybe get together with neighbouring properties to tackle ..."

"A lovely night’s stay. Arrived late but welcomed immediately, attentive staff in reception and bar. Excellent choice of ale and whisky. Room slightly noisy but comfy bed. Not much room for toiletries in bath, very slippery shower pan with injured foot until I saw the rolled up mat for the second ..."
