"There was a groups of 6 there for the world national fishing tournament for the high school! Perfect place on the water with the ramp right beside us. Only bad thing was the walkway to the boat slip was underwater but that was beyond any control of the owner! Perfect location on the water. Easy to walk down to the water and great place to stay! "

"Wonderful stay, perfect size house for 14 people to sleep comfortably from kids to adults. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The outside spaces were pretty buggy and dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean. The dock was unbelievable with the slide and high jumping dock. We loved all the water toys and the extra life jackets came in handy with the kids. The fishing around the cove was so fun and kept everyone occupied. "This house is so inviting and there's plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone. The hot tub was great because it initially rained when we arrived. Close to ski boat and sea doo rentals.......our kids and their friends had a blast at Grand Lake! Also, the host Matt was super accommodating and let us arrive early and stay an hour later for check out. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!"
