"Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good. "I would not recommend reserving this property! We booked 30 days prior to our stay and received ZERO communication from the host. The day of check-in, I messaged them early morning inquiring about the check-in process since we were to check in at 4pm that afternoon. I heard nothing….until less than 3 hours from check-in time we received an email from Vrbo indicating “booking cancelled, unit not available”. Spent the next 6 hours trying to find an alternate place to stay over a busy holiday...
