Family get together at Grand Lake
There were 18 of us in total and there was plenty of space in this house and a lot to do there as well. The owners were great to work with and we had fun in the area as well. Would definitely go here again!

Destination Thanksgiving
Our family stayed here as a close-to-home Thanksgiving getaway. The house was perfect with plenty of room for us to play games, put together puzzles and crafts. We had a fire and made s’mores. It was wonderful!

Feeling refreshed
We had such a nice time. It’s so clean and comfortable. Perfect setup for a group. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Can’t wait to go back. Ron and Sandy are such thoughtful hosts. Even got a “door dash” of homemade banana bread and farm fresh eggs! Can’t beat that. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Picked this house for Wheelchair Accessibility and Water Access
I selected this house as it was listed as wheelchair accessible. It was great, there were no issues getting in and around. The owners even made the bathroom more accessible for us. This house was great overall, the layout, and cleanliness were spot on. The owners were great to work with on the few questions I had as our arrival approached. The location right on the lake w/ wheelchair access to the dock was fantastic. We will definitely plan to stay here again. I would highly recommend this! Thank you Ron for making our stay wonderful.

Cozy, clean with great accessibility.
Ron met us at arrival and guided us though the house details. The property is beautifully maintained. The house was well stocked with the comforts of home. We have a son that uses a wheelchair and while the house isn’t technically “ADA”, it was spacious and had easy entry. We also appreciated the sidewalk down to the dock ramp- making transfers to the boat much easier than homes on the water where you have many stairs. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. My husband and I stayed with our 4 boys and my in-laws. Our family stayed in the bedrooms on either sides of the main bathroom — our boys stayed in one room but they wouldn’t have had to (king bed and used 2 cot beds). My in-laws stayed on the other side of the house where they had their own king bed and their own bathroom. We really enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio every morning. We also brought our dog and the backyard was great for fetch! The fish supply shed was convenient and well-stocked! We caught dozens of perch from the dock - we also tried catfishing but with no luck. I could go on and on about how great this place was! We can’t wait to return! Thanks, Ron & Sandy, for sharing this little slice of Grand with us!

Family vacation
First off, I want to say the host is most gracious and accommodating! We were met in the driveway by the host who gave us a grand tour of the property, explaining everything leaving no questions. The house is so accommodating we had three different families and four children with us, each room was equipped with king size beds for each. I have zero complaints. We were able to launch our boat down the road a ways and Park inside the boat dock for a whole trip. The kids were able to swim off the front of the dock and fish. I give this trip five stars all the way around. Thank you so much.!

Family Reunion
To save the reader time, I’ll be simple. Great location, clean house, awesome yard, private boat dock in private cove, excellent host, easy to access, perfect for any occasion, and everything you need to live like you are at home. The trip went perfect. Nothing is ever perfect and everyone/everything has flaws. I cannot find anything wrong with anything that has to do with this property. 10 out of 10.

They Thought of Everything
From the fully stocked house to the fully stocked Zebco fishing shack, everything you could think of was already provided. Completely eliminated, "I wish we would have brought..." The house was roomy and well laid out and the back porch views were beautiful. The owners were friendly and very accommodating with a last minute change.

Solitude and Beauty at the lake!
We stayed at this property for 5 days. We were so surprised at how beautiful the property and the house were. The views of the lake are some of the best we have seen since we started exploring Grand lake. The host were amazing! They were available and super friendly. We highly recommend this location for your next getaway.

AMAZING FALL LAKE TRIP
WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOUSE AND WILL BE BACK, MAYBE FOR A SUMMER TRIP. LOCATION IS PERFECT AND PLENTY OF ROOM AND BEAUTIFUL HOME. THE OWNER GAVE US A TOUR UPON ARRIVAL AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND GAVE US SOME FISHING SPOTS. OUR GRANDKIDS FISHED A LOT AND HAD A BLAST!

Haynes Family Reunion
We had an outstanding time this past weekend. The facility is perfect for holding events like a reunion. We had a little over 40 people there on Saturday and it went well. The kids were able to take advantage of the outside lake area playing games and fishing and had a blast. The house is decorated perfectly and very comfortable which made the stay for entire weekend amazing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful & Comfortable home for Large Family Getaway
When we arrived everything was pristine and clean ready to enjoy. This spacious house feels like a home while your there. The host put a lot of thought into comfort and convenience of their guest, the open living area made for great breakfast and dinners together. Bedrooms all are comfortable with the added touch of a theme to each room. Outside area is all you could ask for fishing, boat dock, views of wildlife, sunsets and stars next to a well supplied firepit. We made family memories forever, thank you to our host Ron & Sandy

Amazing Retreat for Many Uses
Very nice property on the lake with its own private, covered boat dock (great for fishing, skiing or other boating activities). Grounds are exceptionally kept. Very quiet, serene location. House is large and easy to get around...great for one or a dozen...or even some type of event! Dogs were happy with room to run within the boundary of the property. Would be an excellent place for artists of any kind to come and find solace to write, paint, etc. Is would also be a great place for a corporate retreat. We really enjoyed our relaxing, fun escape at this place.
