Absolutely Incredible
This property may as well be a palace. There were three of us renting this property in early November. We ended up staying and what we expect is the guest quarters which is the basement of the home. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms. A nicely appointed small kitchen and a decent living area. We had full run of the immaculate grounds which I cannot say enough about. Just a wildly beautiful and well kept property. The pool looks absolutely delightful, though. It was relatively cool out while we were visiting so we did not get a chance to use it. The upper house looks beautiful but cannot say much about it since we didn't have access. Would consider renting the entire property for a friend's retreat. I would expect the entire property would sleep 8 to 12 people, but I'm not sure what the owners make available. Jaana, our host, was gracious and helpful and very responsive. Would absolutely rent this place again in a heartbeat. Absolutely the most incredible property we've rented on VRBO ever. EVER.

Fabulous property!
Gorgeous home, gorgeous landscaping on a private lot, well located. Two notes: (1) the home is located after a 90 degree bend in the road (we thought it was a different street/intersection) and (2) the clothes washer had developed that mildew issue (for remedying which I recommend both cleaning the rubber gasket seal and using a dose of washing machine cleaner) and unfortunately the odor permeated the premises. A quick cleaning should remedy it and return this property to its absolutely splendid natural state!

Beautiful grounds, lovely unit and helpful hostess.
This was an ideal place to stay to visit ancient sites and a lovely coastline. Jaana our hostess was very helpful with recommendations. The grounds are beautiful and the photos do not do them justice. We loved our stay.

Beautiful House with excellent pool and great hosts
We ( Family with three Kids) stayed for two relaxing weeks at this beautiful House. We enjoyed most of all the excellent pool. Also the house was will equipped and had everything we needed. The hosts ( Jaana and nicolas) helped us a lot by giving us many tips for restaurants, beaches and so much more. We strongly recommend this house.

Lovely place to stay if you are traveling to see the Valley of the Temples. Only 10-15 minute drive. Very welcoming host couple who live on the first floor; the guest suite is below what is pictured. Absolutely spotless guest suite with all amenities, plus gorgeous pool and gardens. Owners maintain low profile and we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. We found food at local grocery and grilled out the first night. Second night, we had dinner in San Leone; much easier than trying to park in Agrigento. Owner provides breakfast but you will need to bring something if you are craving fresh food. Only downside is that the location is obscure and we needed help from the host to find it. Highly recommended unless you need complete privacy.

You don't get a villa !
we thought, because of photos and text in the offer, we rented a "villa" with 140 m2 and a nice view to the beautiful garden and pool.That was wrong. We got a (nevertheless nice) appartment in the basement of the villa, viewing to the back part of the garden. The size is about 80 m2 including about 20 m2 of corridor. So it feels like about 60 m2. Instead of swimming in a private pool, you have to swim in front of the big windows of the livingroom of the owner. Not a fantastic feeling.

Zwei wundervolle Tage
Wir haben die Tage in dieser herrlichen Villa und vor allem in diesem Garten unglaublich genossen. Es war alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben, fast noch besser. Jaana war super nett und äusserst zuvorkommend. Abgerundet die Überraschung mit den Frühstückszutaten. Der Höhepunkt war natürlich der Pool. Zwei Tage waren zu wenig lang für uns. Wir hoffen, bald wieder zurückzukommen. Vielen Dank an unsere tollen Gastgeber.

The home page picture tells it all.
Beautiful grounds, a VERY good host in Nicolas, and wonderful interior makes for a great stay. Location was central to both San Leone (good restaurants-3 min drive), Valley of the Temples (need I say anything!- 8 min drive) and the city of Agrigento (old part of city for food, shopping and walking- 12 min drive). Easy 5 star property.

Incredible and dramatic villa
I am not even sure how it is possible that such an amazing place is available. The grounds are amazing. The pool is about as beautiful as any I have seen. The living area is modern, spacious, and comfortable. Conveniently located for the Vaaley of Temples. Just amazing.

It’s the garden of Eden
Fabulous place. The bedrooms, the bathrooms and the entire place very spacious, immaculate and refined. Lots of extras, Nothing was missing. The pool and the ground definitely designed by a great artist (Toto’?). Palm trees , hydrangeas, lemon and secular olive trees and all kind of flowering bushes. The pool very hard to describe: just amazing. Location: five minutes from a free beach. Fifteen minutes from Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples. Doesn’t get any better. The owner, Toto’, only appeared when we needed him. We had the place all to ourselves. Thank you Toto’ for this beautiful experience and thank you Isaac for guiding us thru the streets of Agrigento and picking us up when we were lost. One last thing: we arrived late in the afternoon tired and hungry. We opened the refrigerator and to our delight there were Platters of cheese and cold cuts. And a chilled Brut. Again, thank you, thank you. We’ll be back.

This property is outstanding. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool is a special place!
We loved the apartment. We were Welcomed with our great host Nicolas and his parents who live on site. All are Very friendly and Very helpful with places to eat and things to do. The apartment and outdoor seating areas allow for reading and relaxation and dining in or outdoors. It is totally equipped! The two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were so comfortable. Everything to see and do in San Leone and Agrigento is close by. Overall, this apartment is a must. We stayed 4 days and did NOT want to leave!!!

This place feels like a little paradise
We had a great time in this villa. It is beautifully build and decorated. It has the comfort of a luxurious hotel.The swimming pool is lovely and lies in a very nice garden. The hosts are also living in the house but we didn't notice. The construction is build in a way that it feels like two seperate houses. The host are very polite and friendly. We would like to stay in this little paradise some day again!
