"The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. "I booked to hotel.com and it says that the amount ill pay was including the taxes..but when I arrived in al eairy apartments 4,they charged me again with taxes..and the bathroom in room 4 still not good..it still smell like stool"
