It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! "Very nice neighborhood, private, quiet, great view off your deck. Roomy and comfortable. We were busy enjoying Guntersville and friends, so we didn't spend time in the room much. Our host invited us to use the dock to catch or try to catch some fish. Just enjoyed our time with friends and High Park Falls. At the end of the day, comfortable, quiet place to stay. "The house is very cute little place for a stay on the lake. The bedroom with 2 beds had several dead bugs along the wall, maybe just need cleaned a little better. Overall house was very cute. There are, I believe, 62 steps down to the dock, where the kids lived jumping off and enjoying the water. Thank you for having us. Loved the painting on the dining room wall. Best view around. "
