"This was our first stay at Phoenix X and overall it was pleasant. The 1 BR 1 BA condo was perfect for my husband and I. On the plus side, it was very convenient to be next door to Flora Bama and within walking distance of Flora Bama Yacht Club and Ole River Grill for dining. The views are amazing everywhere, even from the parking garage! It was also a very short walk/trip to beach with a very short boardwalk. On the negative side, the bed was extremely firm for my liking and I ended up sleeping...

"Impressed from the beginning. Reservation to check-out was easy. Condo was available 2hours before check-in time. The place was beautiful, updated and very clean. They had everything you would need to stay, kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Location was perfect, next door to Florabama. We will definitely be coming back!"
