"My 1st experience with VRBO so check in /out was a bit confusing but we we managed to get in and cleaning guy was a little early so he said I could leave the keys with him & he would put them in the lock box for us. He was very nice.There were a few stains on the carpet when we got there but otherwise clean & well equipped to move in!We only needed a clean, quiet place to sleep so it was more than adequate for us.Loved the view of yard & forest in the back!"

"The condo was adequate, just needs major updating. Wi-fi would have been nice. I missed in the description that this condo didn't offer it. "

"Our overall stay was great. Unfortunately, the cleaner was sick so the condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival (host was out of town) and they didn't have any TP in the bathrooms or extra anywhere else. They did have extra clean towels and sheets on hand. The host did have someone come in the next day to clean and it looked great. He also left us an apology snack box for our kids and made sure to make things right. We will be staying here again, when we are in town."

"We were very disappointed. The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the...

"The location of this property was spectacular for walking to downtown Anchorage and the Coastal trail. It is quite spacious and has a partial view of Mt. Susitna and sunset. It has a very loud heating system. The kitchen amenities could be improved. The bathroom is small, no counterspace but functional with a nice shower. The condo was clean."
