Wonderful Villa
This villa has everything you need to have a break away, but within easy reach of the lovely resort of Olhos de Água. The check in and care offered was exceptional and the listing was clean and spotless. My only feedback would be that the villa could do with a minimal refresh to bring it back to being beautiful and up to date; but this is genuinely minor.

Great villa in amazing location
The villa was huge, all of the rooms were large which was great as there was 8 of us staying. The pool was a good size & there were plenty of sun loungers & seats. The villa is in a quiet residential area but only a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops. We used Uber to get around which was cheap & reliable. The villa company has it's own mini bus which we used for transfers from the airport & we also booked a few excursions with them which was very economical & we could plan our trips to suit us. The villa company staff were very friendly & helpful. Things that could be improved some of the toilet seats did not fit so were not stable, we did not get dish towels until Tuesday when the cleaners came. A few light bulbs were out or missing. These are pretty minor things. I would definitely book this villa again or another of Villa Dumas' villas.

Great villa
Great stay in an amazing villa. It is a little dated but that didn't bother us Bars, restaurants and a supermarket is walkable in about 15/20 mins but the walk is sand and riugh grass and also very hilly so not great with a pram but no issues without i it. Uber brilliant to get around

Excellent family villa
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The pool and additional games facilities were perfect for a relaxing week. A car was essential for getting around but I believe the villa owners do offer this service. The beach at Olhos De Agua was beautiful and very family friendly.

Golfi trip with friends
We had a really great stay at the villa! As a group of 6 friends playing golf for a week the house was perfect regarding location and facilities. A lot of space both indoors and outdoors for social activities, good sleeping arrangements with on suite bathrooms, mid week cleaning and new towels for pool and bathroom. Our host was really friendly and helpful with easy check in and out arrangements. We can definitely recommend this house for nice stay in the Albufeira area.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Enorm groot huis met heerlijke tuin, zwembad en BBQ ruimte Wij hadden 14 dagen prachtig weer dus hebben er volop van kunnen genieten. De badkamers en de meubels zijn een beetje gedateerd maar het was er brandschoon. 2x per week schone handdoeken en maken zij het huis schoon en 1x per week verschonen zij de bedden. De communicatie met Cindy van VillasDuma was geweldig, wat een aardige en behulpzame vrouw. Wij hebben ervan genoten. Nelly Willems

A beautiful villa
This is a spacious villa with beautiful surroundings with easy access to many lovely places. We used uber which was fast and efficient. The décor is a little tired and the dishwasher did not work but Cindy, the manager took a full note and was helpful in terms of anything we needed to know. She offered great advice as to where to visit etc. We had a fabulous time!

Spacious villa
We had a great holiday here. Pools were of a decent size, the villa was huge, fairly secluded and quiet. It had lots of storage and seating. Was a bonus having the table tennis, pool table and air hockey. Air conditioning was much needed and worked well. 10 to 15 minute walk cross country to a few eateries and shop. Ubers were super easy to use. Pool towels were provided. Kitchen was well equipped but could’ve done with a few baking trays and a few more tea spoons. Washing machine and iron provided and a line to hang the washing which was really handy. Would stay here again

Magnifique villa intérieur et extérieur. Jeux pour les enfants.
Manque un peu de vaisselle pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner et soucis du lave-vaisselle qui mériterait d'être changé. Villa très fraîche à cette époque et difficile à chauffer. Globalement la situation et la standing sont au rendez-vous

Casa de sonho!
Experiência perfeita! A casa é fantástica. Cinco suites enormes, cozinha enorme com tudo o que é necessário. Piscina grande que fez as delícias das crianças. Wi-fi muito boa. Zona de barbecue e varanda para refeições fantásticas, resguardadas do vento e do barulho. Local muito tranquilo, no meio da natureza, mas a 2 ou 3 Kms de ótimos supermercados, restaurantes, farmácia, lojas, praias... Mas é um local onde efetivamente apetece estar, e não sair para ir a lugar algum!!

Property is out of this world. Pedro (check in) was extremely helpful and attentive. Cleaners were in during the week and insisted on letting them clean the entire house Felt like 5 star luxury. Highly recommended

Overall stay was fantastic we all had a great time - the only observation is we do like to eat in and there was a shortage of pans and baking trays - colander - there could be an update on the bathrooms as well but apart from that everything and everyone had an amazing time and we would recommend this villa and may even return again in the future although we normally try different locations for our vacations TT19

Georgeous house , great company to deal with
From the start meeting Pedro it has been one of the best family holidays we have had , Pedro went over and above when some of us were sick , he is there at any time if needed and Villasdurma are lucky to have him , the villa is amazing , spotlesss clean ,very spacious and well maintained by the staff of Villasdurma . We are very sorry to be leaving this beauitful place.

A wonderful vacation in a great villa
We did not expect the villa to be so luxurious. The "Villasduma" Survey Agency works just fine. The premises are very clean and the environment is well maintained. Beds and bed linen are 5-star hotels. It is surprising that after 3 days the villa was cleaned and bedding changed. Here we met Pedro, who is very pleased and always with a smile. If you need something, he will always come to you in a moment. He does not make the pizza himself, but can bring really very delicious :) Thanks Pedro. We'll come back here again

Spacious Villa
Enjoyed a very nice week at this villa in September. The villa is very spacious with all bedrooms en-suite. Very large kitchen reasonably well equipped . Large lounge and inside dining area. Lovely terrace overlooking the pool with big table and plenty of seating. There is a b b q area with sink. There are two pools one of which is supposed to be for children, however as others have said it is not really a children's pool due to the depth. The large pool could do with a clean around the edges. From the villa you can walk into the town and supermarket in about 20 mins. We did most days, the walk is across a track over rough ground and is very uneven in places. The walk along the road would take much longer and you would need a car. We didn't have a car so used taxis and the transport organised by the owner. Both very reliable and inexpensive. All in all a nice villa in a quiet area. It is all a little dated though and could do with some TLC and updating.
