Make sure the lights work
The house itself was in good condition, but the lights in the main bedroom, restroom, closet and laundry area didn’t work. The breaker kept popping. We contacted the rep but didn’t receive a response until the next day and the staff was unavailable to repair until we departed. We were offered a $50 refund, I don’t think that is sufficient for guests having to shower in the dark and not being able to fully utilize the area. Also, the landscaping needed to be tended to, there were weeds popping up and debris on the patio. We didn’t try them all but the streaming service passwords provided didn’t work. Hopefully, property management can make sure that it is up to par before renting out and we receive some sort of reimbursement. Otherwise this would have been a great stay.
