"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was going to be a quiet and relaxing long weekend. House was clean and very comfortable. The view was amazing especially at sunrise. We had one minor hiccup. We accidentally set off the smoke dectors and couldn't shut them off. Called Josie and she was over to help us out immediately. We were sad to leave but if our lives ever take us back to Alburgh, VT we will definitely rent this beautiful house again."

"This house truly lived up to its name, with gorgeous sunsets every evening. We loved the lake access, game room, and the giant lawn for hanging out and playing lawn games. The water entry is rocky (recommend water shoes for sure) but the water was warm and we spent tons of time in the lake. It is worth noting that the staircase to three of the bedrooms is a narrow spiral staircase, but there are two more accessible bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. "We booked this rental to get away from our busy lives and relax and this was perfect for us. The balcony is where we spent hours and hours just watching the sun set, reading books, drinking coffee and wine. The location was perfect for us because our only agenda was to relax. We did find a fantastic winery, a few towns to explore, and a sandy beach (dune) that we had all to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. Also I’m not too proud to say the couches provided the perfect naps, pure heaven. "

"Nice cabin out of the way but close enough to shops and restaurants Cabin was remodeled at some point and it’s very nice! Host had just about everything you would need for a comfy stay, even k-cups for the keurig that was there. There is a window ac unit which was needed, believe it or not, even for heat tolerant Floridians Host is quick to reply to any questions Would love to go again"

"I drove up to the Burlington area (from Frederick MD) for a 3-day reunion of a group of us who had served as Peace Corps Volunteers or staff 30 years ago in Morocco from 1991-1993. Staying in your lake front cabin was wonderful. Very relaxing mornings. Also thank you for being pet friendly - that was a criteria for me.
