"The cottage was in a great location, making it easy to walk to the town and to the beach. The views from the top floor bedroom were great and we enjoyed watching baby seagulls. Our only issue was the height of the first floor mirror in the bathroom. We are both 5ft 6 and so not extra short but we couldn’t see at all for shaving or putting on make up! "

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

"We had a lovely four day stay, the property is in a lovely location and is really clean and tidy. The only negative was parking, I had to keep moving the car between the carpark opposite and the street parking. "

"Very nice, apart from not being able to use the bathroom properly as door didn’t shut at all, so the en-suite bathroom was used as the main bathroom!! "

"Some issues with this property, disherwash door & shower door broken, was resolved the same day. Inside windows are very dirty. Rest of house clean. It has 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one down stairs with a bath under the stairs. Doesn’t say it’s downstairs we assumed both were upstairs. Wi-Fi virtually non existent signal on and off during the day NO signal in the evening. Was reported but nothing was done about it, needs a provider with a good signal. Great location house was very well...

"Excellent house -very comfortable , well -equipped and a very convenient location on the main street with shops/ cafes etc close by. Only downside was that the outside space / yard at the back was very limited , and even during the lovely weather we had during our stay, it was somewhat gloomy! However it was only a short stroll to the beach …. Parking not a problem , although limited to 2 hours during the day outside the house , there was plenty of space near the White Lion hotel on the front....

The house is excellent and has everything you would expect of a property in this price range.The location is great, close to Aldeburgh and with easy access to the other local towns and amenities. "We only stayed for one night (booked for 5) as my wife fell down the stairs on the second day and broke her arm. The stairs were very steep and the treads were not deep enough to take more than around half the foot. This should have been properly explained in the description and is most definately not suitable for anyone young or old who has any difficulty in walking or negotiating stairs. As my wife suffers from a condition that effects her balance we most definately would not have booked this...

"We had a great stay. The property is spacious and comfortable and well fitted out with everything you need for home comforts. The location is great just a 15 minute to the beach and town while being closely located to a friendly pub and a Co-op and a tesco store for all of your groceries. Parking for a single car on the drive and street parking. We were very pleased with our choice of accomodation"
