"Rick’s place is great! Highly recommend it! Very cozy, u love that there were fans inside as well, patios were awesome with the view, had access to kayaking, bike riding, and swimming in the lake. Walkable restaurants and a couple breweries around. Rick was also so sweet and accommodating with us. He responded fast. If I’m back in the area, I’d 100% stay here again. "

There was fast food garbage on and around the porch in the front yard, alley by garage was a mess, broken glass everywhere. The cowboy pool had no water nor anyway to fill it. Quiet location.
