"This is a very nice apartment located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The location is very close to the business center/social district of Alhambra, within walking distance. The apartment is clean, the kitchen was adequate, the bed was very comfortable. The only issue of concern with this location is that the parking provided is very tight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"I went to LA to visit my son. In our family, we bond over baseball. The Alhambra location was great ideal. Two miles from my son and easy access to the highways. We drove to Lake Elsinore, San Bernardino, and San Diego with ease. Then we Ubered to Dodger Stadium with ease. The Beach Oasis unit was clean and very well appointed. Water pressure was ok. "There are lots of good points to this property, including access to great restaurant options (and a grocery) on Main Street, nearby Amazon delivery lockers, dedicated on-site parking, and quiet neighbors. The minor complaints I would cite are that the property could use a real spruce-up. There are scuffs on the wall, paint wear to the cabinets, and failed caulk around the bathroom fixtures. "Property was clean and found everything we needed and more very close by! The only negative thing I’d say would be a tv in each bedroom. With teenagers and myself enjoying tv in bed, we all felt for the price, a few Roku tvs would go a long way to complete this property and make it more universal.
