"The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham. We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills. Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus. We will be returning soon and I will recommend the Royal to my friends and family."

"The hotel is two mins away from the start of park run . On street parking not a problem . Friendly service from staff . Hotels . Com states breakfast on a weekend is until 10am however it’s until 0930 which was a concern , but the staff said no problem and saved me some breakfast . Hotels. Com says check out is 1030 but hotel states 10am . We was able to leave for 10am. Room was adequate , it was a hot night due to the weather , so radiators being turned on made it slightly uncomfortable . Tv in...

"I only stayed for one night midweek. Everything was fine,I didnt have any meals in the hotel restaurant so cant comment. The room was small but tidy. Directly opposite from the hotel is morecambe bay, which is beautiful. The hotel is situated at the end of the prom. "

"The property is in a run down area. The outside of the property looked old and run down. HOWEVER, the staff were amazing. The property was very clean and spacious. Parking was limited"
