"This would be one of the best places we have stayed in, beautifully set up and a real home away from home. Katrina and Neville were excellent hosts informing us about the area and suggesting a number of places to visit in this special part of NZ. We do so hope that we can return and strongly suggest that a stay of more than one night would be a positive idea. "

"What an amazing venue. Huge place with lovely spacious rooms. Very clean and the staff were really helpful. They also make Belgian Chocolate on site! If you ask you can visit the kitchen and watch it being made. Beautiful grounds and a fantastic place to stay"

"Kakanui is a beautiful small town with lots of activities to offer. Kim is easy to communicate with. The place is clean and has what you need to eat at home and sleep well. Comfy beds, and warm blankets. The sunroom is lovely with a fantastic view of Kakanui beach and the rivermouth. Nice garden to walk around the property. Kind neighbors too. We will stay there again"
