"This was an excellent location to host friends. We used the Acorn for a space to get ready for our wedding. We were able to have the wedding party stay with us without feeling on top of each other. There was enough space for the guys to get ready downstairs while we got ready with hair and makeup upstairs. The Acorn was great for pre ceremony photos too. "My family was in the area to watch some softball games near Oakland University. This house was a great price and in a nice,quiet location. While it is an older home, it was clean and had everything we needed. I was nervous about getting the check in information but received it the morning of check in, so I was worried for nothing. Good communication from the rental group."

"The main reason for our nine nights away was to have a quiet place to sleep and rest while enjoying time with our friends in Rochester, Michigan. It was perfect! "This is a nice quality property that met our needs wonderfully. Very spacious for the four of us. Visiting in late November, we didn't make use of the lakeside location or outdoor firepit, but the living room fireplace was very easy to use and provided extra warmth and ambiance.
