"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Roland in front desk was particularly nice, considerate, and helpful, who provided a lot of valuable tourist information and materials. The hotel is rather new and modern. Love the facilities, especially the wellbeing center such as swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Fixed menus for dinners were very good. Room was very clean and spacious with great view of the mountains. The sunset views from restaurant and our room was very beautiful and stunning....

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Our plans changed and they were able to be flexible with our booking. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite - including providing travel information about safest roads during unexpected snowfall. The facilities were all exceptional, new, clean and the rooms were comfortable from bed to shower and everything in between. "Location is quite good, 5-8 minutes to town. Good price for room and half board. Room is clean and comfortable with old furniture. Bathroom is small. Room could be upgraded with modern renovation. Service is good in reception and restaurant. Dinning room is nice and pleasant. "

"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected.
