Very beautiful relaxing retreat
Brian was very helpful and accommodating. The cottages were very clean and beautiful inside. The property had a very nice view of the lake as well as great access to it. My family especially our children enjoyed ever minute we were there. Over all this is a great place to take your family to enjoy the outside and beauty of nature. Can't wait to go back in the summer time.

Autumn Lake Bella Vista
We had a wonderful stay for a 2nd year! We just love the lake and access to all the kayaks. This season the teenagers also got to enjoy fishing in Autumn Lake. We hope to return in 2024. Management was also great about responding to our request to empty trash cans for us.

Wonderful stay!! We will be back next year!!
Spent 4 days at this wonderful cabin, we celebrated the 4th of July and my grandson turned 6 also on the 4th of July. He had a wonderful time fishing and boating with grandpa. Making memories, family time!! This is the place to do just that.

We stayed in cottage 5. It was very clean. The kitchen was set up with everything that we needed. I like that cottage 5 was a little more secluded than the other cottages. We will stay again

Great location for fishing trips
This is our third stay at Brian's cabins. The cabins have the basics for your stay, and is a great home base for fishing trips on the lake and river. The kitchen is sparse, (it could be we were early in the season and there were no "leftover" items from previous guests) but there is a dollar store nearby where we picked up salt and pepper and a few other items. Not a deal breaker - just sharing. A great place for a guys fishing trip. We will be back

A great place in a great location for some fall fishing. This is our second visit (different cabins) and these cabins have all you need for your stay. Comfortable, clean, cozy and easy to find. We highly recommend staying here.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here, and it was another great year. There were some upgrades to the cabin this year, and that made it even better. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Beautiful Lakeside Property
This cabin in the woods was exactly what we wanted! It was fully equipped with comfortable beds, chairs, and a full kitchen. Best part was the super close proximity to the lake! My family had a blast relaxing in such beautiful scenery and you can't beat s'mores by the awesome fire pit! The host was extremely responsive and the instructions sent before hand and guide book in the cabin itself were very extensive and easy to follow. The only thing I wish I had brought that wasn't on the list was a fly swatter!

Relaxing with nature
Truly enjoyed our stay on Autumn Lake. The cabin is clean and comfortable. Spent most of our time walking nearby trails or fishing on the lake. The boats provided were in great shape. Will definitely be back.

Need some TLC
Screens need to be replaced as they were ripped in quite a few windows. (Cabin 5) Refrigerator leaks. There was no firewood on site until the last night. But overall we enjoy staying here and will definitely return next year.

Cottage was clean for the most part, however there were mouse droppings on kitchen counter one morning and bun wrapper was chewed. Door knob to enter cottage was super loose and deadbolt did not work at all (could not lock it) I had to text the manager about the grill. The grill that was there did not have any propane in tank, and 3 out of four of the burner tubes were rusted off . The manager did have a brand new grill delivered the next morning. (very greatfull). Three of the plastic adirondank chairs were broke. Beach area was littered, (baby diaper) on ground. So to wrap things up, my family will not be staying there again.

Great for kids!
Our kids had a great time fishing on the lake for the stay. The lake has a ton of fish and they caught one almost every cast. Being able to use the provided row boats was a great amenity!
