"The property is nestled right in a corner with woods as a backdrop. It was SO clean on the inside and everything was well maintained and accomadating. A seperate little bunkhouse was the perfect getaway for my teenage boys, who each got to stay for a night. There is an "outhouse" which has the modern needs, including an insta-heat hot shower. "Husband and I had to be out of state on short notice and preferred to not stay in a hotel. Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! Campfire at night and work up to deer and turkey visits in the morning. We will be back! "

"We had a great time at the cabin. It was secluded and we barely saw another person, but lots of deer. The cabin had a notebbok with past guest, which was a nice touch. The bugs were not bad, but the hot August sun was present, bring sunscreen. The cabin did have a chair with a bad leg, which my partner found without injury. The hot did stop turning on, but after watching a short YouTube video, it was easy to reset, and worked for the rest of the trip. "

"The location of this house is absolutely perfect! Right on the Ohio River, each sunrise was different on the river and all of them breathtaking! Loved watching the barges pass from the rocking chairs or swing on the deck. Quiet location and not too far from beautiful hiking trails. The drives to the trails were also gorgeous. We would stay here again."

"Last year my friend and I stayed at a hotel to explore Corydon. We decided to try a VRBO property this year and it couldn’t have been better. Privacy, beauty, space and close to all the places we wanted to explore. Jennifer met us at the cabin and was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas of places to visit. The rooms and bathroom are small so it was perfect for two women. We are already planning our next trip!"

"You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!"

"I really liked the pavilion outside. That was a very nice sitting area that was covered. What I did not like was the room accross from me had someone constantly throwing something at the door that could be heard accross the hall into my room. Other than that the place was great, I would stay there again."
