"We loved this property and enjoyed every aspect of it. The house, the location, the lake and all the amenities. We plan to visit again sometime in the future. The fishing was great! A few minor things. The upper A/C. I cleaned the filter it was pretty dirty. It is also extremely loud (it really rattles) I believe to not being shimmed level. In the upper bathroom I cleaned the shower head a lot of holes were clogged. The upper fan speed can not be adjusted due to pull string being gone. ...

"The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We were visiting IWU for family weekend and the house was very close to campus and anything else that we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions prior to booking. "The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through."

"Melinda, My daughter said everything was great except instead of the blinds, drapes that would block out the light would be great. The neighborhood was so light it was hard to sleep. Not sure if anyone was trying to get into the truck, but the alarm went off two times. No one was found when they looked outside and nothing was broken into. Thank you so much for letting us switch our reservation. Next time we are back in town, we will be staying with you again. Thanks for everything. "

"This is the coziest, quaint place to stay. It has the most homey feel and it is decorated so cute. I could stay here for a month and feel right at home. I was in and out for the entire stay and it was close.to everywhere I needed to be. It's a 10 out of 10!"
