"One of the most interesting places I've rented. It's an old house that has been added onto multiple times which gives it a bit of a maze feel. But I appreciate the way the house was renovated to add in modern comfort, but let the age and character of the house show. Loved being able to see the hand hewn beams in the upstairs bedroom. The beds were comfortable and with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, getting everybody ready for the wedding was easy. "

"We loved the outside spaces around the property. Lots of lawn space for games, volleyball, slip 'n slide. An outside sports shed had many things to most with. Corn hike, badminton, hula hoops, jump ropes. Across a little creek was an area where we played horseshoes and set up other outdoor activities. Inside was spacious. Large kitchen. Two fridges and one freezer. Upstairs was a large game room wit pool, air hockey, big tv and lots of dress up clothes for the kids."

"Overall we did enjoy the stay and was mostly perfect for us. There was some confusion with check in/out process and parking but they were responsive and easy to get ahold of. Our biggest issue is that the general description says 4 bedrooms, 4 queen+ beds. The description does clarify this a little but we ended up bringing and using a blow up mattress because we weren't sure. The 4th bedroom is actually off of the 3rd bedroom. And while the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom does not...

"Location is nice and a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for my wife and kids, 7 and under. Very clean and comfortable. Only complaints is the grass was a little tall and needed to be cut, and bed frame were a little bent which made the mattresses have dips and not level when laid on. Overall a nice clean place. "

"Excellent appartement. Décoré de façon très originale! Tous ont bien apprécié cet environnement unique! La cuisine est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien! Il y a même une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Ils ont beaucoup apprécié! L'appartement est bien situé, près du fleuve et de la piste cyclable et les sentiers de marche. Hôte répond rapidement!"

"The property was beautiful surrounded by nature and a fountain garden. We enjoyed our stay there. The only issue we had was the room above us had a party and the noise kept us awake until 5 am. The walls were thin and the floors were squeaky, you could hear the rooms above us had a party with too many guests. It would have been nice to have a host there to greet and make aware of extra unwanted guests. "

"The grounds are beautiful. The interior is lovely. Sounds carry from other floors, so if you're bothered by hearing people moving around or quietly snoring, this isn't the place for you. I was disappointed to learn the hot tub and sauna weren't available. The hot water heater couldn't keep up when apparently all the guests must have showered around the same time. There was plenty of hot water a couple hours later when I tried again "

"Was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are steep stairs so if you have really young children or bad knees it might not be the best option for you. My kids loved it and thought it was the coolest experience. The castle itself does have a bathroom with shower, a full size refrigerator, and a full size stove/oven which was not on the listing. The guest house also has a bathroom and kitchenette but no stove/oven in it. Host had everything needed in the kitchen, pots pans utensils...
