"We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!"

Place is adorable, we weren’t planning on spending the whole weekend but immediately after arriving we knew we had to spend more time. Maryann is great, very responsible and makes everything easy. "The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every room! There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. The Barn House allowed night owls a space to hang out without disturbing/ delaying bedtime for the little ones. Great stay! ones. "

"We had a wonderful Christmas at the farmhouse! With the snowy landscape, it was magical, beautiful. The house is so charming, and the host had decorated it for Christmas. I expected it to be very cold as the temps were in the low teens, but the owner had taken extra steps to keep us warm. It's nice to have access to extra towels, blankets, plenty of throws, and other amenities. We had our daughter's wedding there -- just family -- and Scott bent over backward to help us. "This is a beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views. We stayed here in October when all the foliage was at its peak. The host was so nice and so easy to communicate with.
