Our stay was great! The condo was pretty quiet (fyi-you can hear the fireworks from Disney each night they have them from 9:30-9:40). The kitchen had all that we needed but we did have to buy bottled water for drinking. The house was well equipped- laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, ice packs and coolers to help bring snacks into the park or to the beach. The pool was a little dirty and too cold for swimming unless the temp outside was high. The hot tub was not hot. This wasn’t a show stopper and we would stay there again!! It’s so close to Disney and we could come home during the hottest part of the day to rest and eat before heading back for the evening. We loved how kid friendly this condo was and my son enjoyed the computer games, the toys, and the books that were available. We used one of the four strollers there to help when our six year old got tired. He fit just fine and he’s 4’5”. The house was clean and didn’t have mold. I have allergies and have stayed in some places that have made my allergies worse. No issues here! All in all a great place to stay! My son didn’t want to leave. Thank you Gina and Alex!

Amazing and close to Disney

My wife, our two boys ages 9/7 and I stayed here for a week on our Disney holiday. This place is as advertised and we would definitely stay again if we return to Disney. The host was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Wonderful spring break trip to Disney

This house was exactly what my family needed during our spring break trip to Disney. Our family (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 7 and 11) was very comfortable in the home and we had everything that we needed during our stay. The best feature of the property is the close vicinity to Disney. It's located directly across the street from a Disney parking garage, with free tram service directly to the parks. Most of the mornings we skipped the tram and walked directly through Downtown Disney, as we found that it was faster to get through security by the Disneyland resort and not have to wait in line for the trams. The walk took about 15-20 minutes. The property is so close that we were able to take a mid-day break from the parks and then go back in the evening when the crowds were less intense. The host provided clear communication and everything was consistent with the online listing. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to family/friends.

Disneyland getaway!

Fantastic location for Disneyland as it’s only an approx 5 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Beds were comfy, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with all essentials and only a short walk to a grocery store. Property owners were excellent to deal with and responded in a very timely manner to all questions we had. Can’t wait to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Nice Townhouse close to Disneyland

Owners were very responsive and left detailed information on getting into the condo. The location was very convenient for Disneyland and it was nice to have extra room in a townhouse rather than 5 of us staying in a hotel room. It looked just like the pictures and was very comfortable.

Location is perfect!!!

Yes, the location is absolutely amazing but there’s much more that made this stay wonderful. The complex is lovely, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked. The unit was very clean. Tons of toys for the kiddos. The hosts kept us informed of what we needed to know. It was all excellent! I would note the fold out couch is not great to sleep on as an adult, which the hosts told us, but our plan was to use it and use it we did and that adult survived! We would stay here again in a heart beat!!!

Comfortable and Clean

For us, the highlight was the location as it was close enough for us to walk to the two parks despite my bad ankle (broke it in July and am well on the mend, but not 100%). Everything inside was as advertised - clean, attractive and comfortable. The pool area was spacious and pleasant. Thank you!

10 minutes to Disney

This property was great for my family. Loved that it was only 10 minutes walk to Downtown Disney. Loved that I could do some laundry so I didn't have to take home dirty clothes. Having 2 and a half bathrooms for 5 people was fabulous. Gina and Alex are great and quick to respond. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home.

So close to Disney!

It took 7 minutes from the front door to the downtown Disney checkpoint. Another 7 minutes to get to the Disney gate. (I brought teenage children so it will probably take a little longer with little one.) I do wish I brought a blowup mattress as the pullout couch was uncomfortable for the teenagers. I also recommend bringing bottled water and a bag of ice as Anaheim water has a funny taste to it. Would definitely book again next time we go to Disneyland!

Best Disney stay we’ve ever had! Traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids. Staying across the street from the Mickey and friends parking structure and taking the tram in each day was amazing. It was a 5 minute walk to the tram. 15-20 minute walk from the property through downtown Disney to the main gates. The property was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool area was fantastic. It had an adult only pool, family pool, wading pool, and hot tub, plus a playground. When we checked in there was a small situation with the garage door not opening. I contacted Gina and it was fixed immediately. I wouldn’t even mention this except sometimes it’s nice to know how an owner responds to problems. Based on our experience, I can very confidently say that if you encounter any issues during your stay, they will be dealt with promptly and completely. Gina was wonderful! We will absolutely be staying here on our next visit.

Disneyland vacation

The home was very clean and welcoming. It is very close to Disneyland and definitely walkable however we decided to drive. My only 2 issues are that the towels had a weird smell even after we washed them and the upstairs is rather warm at night. Overall a great place and would definitely come back.

Great Find!

This was a great find!!! The place is two story, with great little family Disney theming and decor. The appliances are very new and it’s perfect for families. There are tvs and even a computer that guests can access. The bathrooms are well stocked with basics (shampoo, shower gel and conditions). They also have a lot of other things for families like a high chair, strollers and even a small cooler! The host really thought of all most anything a family might need! If you like to cook or even grill, you can do either. The pool is very nice and seemed to be staffed with an attendant. At least when we went. When we had a question, the host answered promptly. We were in the area to visit the park. The place is a quick, easy walk and there is very little traffic. We felt safe and comfortable. It’s a nice little neighborhood literally across the street from Disneyland Hotel. Yeah it’s that close. Only thing that we noticed some people might not like is that the upstairs bedrooms are not very cool. The first floor is great, but upstairs can get warm. We didn’t have any issues with it ourselves.

Stay was good

The complex this is in needs some work on the outside, looks a little run down. Inside this place was pretty much just as pictured, could use a little touch up paint here or there but otherwise was solid. We were unable use the pull out sofa, the mattress was in bad shape and it was no longer level. I advised the property manager and they are looking into it. But it was only a small let down. Communication with them was always quick and I felt my concerns were heard. The walk to Disneyland was short, about 15 minutes so that was good for Disney days. It's also very close to freeway access so we were able to get to Universal Studios, Huntington Beach and San Diego Zoo relatively easy. Overall it was a good location and would consider using again if we travel to the area in the future.
