Happy guests
The home was clean & set up very well for our group. It provided everything we needed. The pool area was soooo nice especially with the extreme hot weather during our stay. The only thing we could not use was the game room/garage as it was too hot & we were unable to open the garage door due to a padlock.( minor inconvenience. All in all….. 10 out of 10! Thank you so much!!!

Great Disney stay
Brilliant stay, close to Downtown dosney security gates (20min walk). Clean home, nice pool and hot tub. Hosts were easy to contact and responded in a timely fashion. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms. We would stay again for sure!

We had a great time. Clean, spacious and very happy with amenities. It was great having washer dryer in suite but the washer was very loud and sounds like it needs replaced.

Girls getaway
We really enjoyed our stay and the common areas of the property. The rooms are well laid out and there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. A few places could use a little more attention for cleaning and isn’t really walking distance to the parks.

Uncomfortable for everyone in our group
The property appears to be 1 of a group of managed properties close to Disney purchased in a residential neighborhood. House is designed well for rental, lots of bathrooms. The pool/spa is nice. The kitchen had some basic supplies. What was unpleasant was that we all felt threatened&unwelcome. There are numerous signs on the wall with rules/threats. If you turn thermostat down <72 you will be fined $500. it was uncomfortably hot in some areas of the home. The pool door alarm was awful-difficult to figure out & traumatizing the numerous times it went off. Our special needs children were particularly scared. If you didn’t shut the door quickly it would go off again. They should put a fence around pool instead for safety. There were notes threatening to evict you if the neighbors called police for any reason. What if neighbors call because they don’t like rentals? There were threats to evict you and lose all $ if anyone screamed. Welll, we have children that we cannot gag. You are not allowed to be outside after 10 pm and we felt in a prison. There were threats to turn off hottub. You had to wash towels before you leave &laundry is slow $ loud. it takes 2 weeks to process if there was a problem with rental and if you get deposit back. No other rental takes that long. lights are automatic in the bathrooms and will go off so u will be in the dark. Children scared again. Mattresses deflated . Game room without AC. Getting to Disney is never easy.

Only Great for Disney
This was one of the best and worst experiences I've had at a vacation rental. I will start with the positives. This home is the cleanest house I have ever stayed at, 10/10!!! If you are going to Anaheim for Disneyland or to be away from the house the majority of your stay, this home is perfect for you! The negatives. We were not in Anaheim for Disneyland. We were there for our 12 yo son's national baseball tournament. We were also there to visit family in California. After booking with the property I was emailed a large contract with the most house rules I have ever read/signed. During our stay I was so stressed out about breaking a rule, such as having a vehicle parked in the street, not being inside the home by 10:00 pm, making sure all the towels are washed before checking out, making sure all the dishes are washed before checking out(and the dishwasher only works during the day!) I was more stressed out at the house, worrying about breaking a rule, than I was about watching my son play at this major Southwest Regional tournament. This house did not seem to go by VRBO's motto, "to help families everywhere find the perfect holiday home to reconnect with eachother." If you are going to Anaheim for Disney, this house is perfect! For any other reason, I would rent a house outside of Anaheim.

Dents summer vacation
The pool area was a hit with the entire family. The home was spacious, clean, and set-up for family living. Disney, the beach, water park was all within a few minutes. Casino with-in 45 minutes. Anaheim is such a lovely place.

Great for convention center visitors
Our team stayed here while in town for an event at the Anaheim Convention Center. It's conveniently located to the convention center and had enough space for our team to meet and relax. We had a couple questions after checking in that were responded to promptly.

Perfect for a family trip to Disneyland
This lovely, spacious well equipped home is near the action but still quiet. The pool area is wonderful. Disney fireworks may be seen from yard. Our whole family commented on how terrific the property was.

Family Disneyland trip
Our family of 10 stayed at this property. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Floors could have been cleaned a bit better, but otherwise the property was very clean. Was close enough to Disneyland that we were able to walk to and from the park. Layout of the house was perfect for our needs and had plenty of room and amenities. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Home Short Distance From Disneyland!
This home was absolutely wonderful to accommodate our extended family! The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Relaxing after a long day! The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the high chair for our toddler. We even were able to take advantage of the hot tub! This house was the best! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of room for all of us who stayed there. The kids loved the game room, swimming pool, and hot tub. Everything worked great, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Magical Disney Accommodation

Amazing Stay
This home had everything we needed for a mini family reunion Disneyland trip. We had kids ranging from 3-16 and everyone felt at home. The location was great for driving to or walking to the parks. The communication with the property manager was great. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect addition to our Disney vacation
This house was absolutely perfect. It was very close to the park. It was very clean very accommodating. The pool was perfect. The kitchen layout and house layout was phenomenal. I really can’t say enough about this house. If you were thinking about staying, I promise you you will be so happy with this rental.

Wonderful Disney Stay
We were a large family group with numerous age ranges and all loved staying here. The city quiet rules are annoying, but unavoidable if you want to stay this close to Disney. The pool was heated and actually a nice temp (sometimes "heated" pools are still chilly) and the hot tub warms up quickly when you want to use it. The floors seemed a bit dirty-left your feet black when walking barefoot, and the house could use a deep clean soon, but overall I had no issues with the cleanliness. Kitchen utensils and towels were all plentiful - 2 huge baskets of pool/beach towels, and 5 or 6 different strollers to choose from! The number of bedrooms with ensuite baths was incredible for our group. We would definitely stay here again - it's a quick 5 minute uber (def recommend rather than trying to park) to downtown disney and you can even see the fireworks from the backyard which was great for us- with little kids who couldn't have lasted at the parks.

A wonderful time
It was a great experience as soon as you step in you can smell and see how clean the house is, it is a very beautiful platform with an amazing pool our family enjoyed the fun room very much and the strollers that were provided were supper helpful definitely worth staying here we all loved it.
