Chapman Graduation Weekend

The property is well-maintained. It’s clean, organize, neat and a big property. It has lots of room for all my adults children. My family and I had enjoyed swimming in the decent sized of pool. There are lots of cleaned towels and blankets. The garage is big enough for two cars. The garage has two washing machines and two dryers. The garage is filled with children’s equipments like strollers and car seats. I would highly recommend this property for tourists and vacationers.

Great property, but dirty

We loved everything about this property, but found it a bit dirty. The space is large and fit our group perfectly, but the bedding didn't seem like it had been changed.

Pool..?

Rented this property for the private pool but it was a ice cube and the landlord refused to heat it at all making it useless. There is NO pool... only ice pond. If your a gymrat it is exactly perfect.

Overpriced for the offerings

While adequate for 5 adults, the price was expensive when so many amenities were unusable. The landscaping seems to be maintained, but why advertise an unheated swimming pool with an unusable diving board, and a disgusting hot tub that is clearly not maintained as amenities? Perhaps the owner isnt aware but should be. I own a hot tub which is maintained weekly and it has never looked milky like this one. The outdoor foosball table is rusty and the furniture and decor are overused, old and outdated. Strongly suggest renovation and a more modern decor. Luckily, our group was busy so we weren't at the house much. Functional but rather disappointing. Wouldn't stay here again.

Spacious home, Excellent location

This is the seond time we've stayed in this home. It is very spacious onside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub are a hit with the kids. One thing changed from our previous stay: the bunk beds were moved from the office room into the master bedroom. We did not like this change. I'd reccomend putting at least a sleeper soafa in that small room for better sleeping arrangements. The house is a bit dated and could use a deep clean in the nooks and cranies. But we'd still stay there again.

Great home

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the parking lots. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for 5 adults. We didn’t use the pool or outside eating area, but they looked nice. The neighborhood is nice and seemed very safe. We would stay here again.

Pembrooke Private House

We loved our stay at the Vincent's Pembrooke house. The house and furnishings are nice and very comfortable, and the neighborhood was great. You will find plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies to make your stay complete. There is a grocery store nearby and many restaurants and take out places to make meals easy. We were in the area to visit Disneyland and CA Adventure for the first time, and chose to use 12-20 Uber rides to get us to and from the park. This was cheaper and more convenient than choosing to drive our rental car and park a significant distance from the parks. We loved coming home to this lovely home and climbing into the comfortable beds exhausted. It rained both days we were there and the wether was chilly so we didn't use the pool at all, but the hot tub was used and enjoyed all 3 nights. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and size, but needs updating

Vincent was great to correspond with and the place was good size. The house itself was very run down and needs a decor update, but it’s in a good location for Disneyland.The hot tub was the only amenity we used as the pool was dirty from the rain and it’s not heated.

Great location! So cozy, just like home. So nice to have so much room. The 6 of us were very comfortable. Nice seating area outside, we felt very safe and comfortable! We will be back for sure!

We had 6 of us in for Christmas. This was a convenient location to all the places we wanted and needed to go. Too cold for the pool, but the hot tub was nice. Bonus was being able to see some of the Disneyland fireworks evert night from tge back yard

Amazing location close to disneyland, $12 uber to the main gates. Home was spacious and met our needs. As per other reviews i do agree it is in desperate need of some renovations.

Great Disney Location

This home is very open and spacious. The pool was too cold for October, even with record high temperatures. But it didnt stop the kids from jumping in. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The host was accomodating in allowing an earlier check-in. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you need. It was within 10 minutes to Disney and central to alot of restaurants and grocery stores. The mattresses were comforable except the lower bunk bed. I would recommend running the washer before doing a load of laundry. The washers had a build up and had to run the first load of washers a second time to rewash them. But didnt have any other problems after the first load. The standing showers are a little small so if your a taller or bigger person, use the tub shower. Overall an AMAZING home to rent!!!

Some problems.

Lights were not working from switches so property dark upon entry. Had to find lights that were working. Found egg covered plate dirty in the cupboard. Slug or some creature in the hot tub that we removed. Property/neighborhood was to have quiet time from 10 pm to 9 am but the neighbors had lawn crew working at 07:45. Saws, lawnmower, etc.....very noisy! And the ultimate.....we had been in back yard swimming and in hot tub...had just gotten out to change and ready for dinner. Lawn crew came into yard, did not announce themselves and my granddaughters were in back room off hot tub area with curtains open and were startled by the lawn crew!!! We were not informed of their possible presence. This we found unacceptable. We did notify the property manager and at first he made it seem like no big deal! He said he had never had complaints before! SO WHAT! We paid good money to have the property without interruption during our stay and if we had been told they would be there may have been okay with it! But to have my granddaughters scared! He did refund some money but I feel like this should not have happened or hopefully will not happen again! The other issues can be forgotten, this one will not be. I would suggest always asking if there will be any crews around the property, we will from this point on as it appears managers may not care about privacy for their guests.

Great house

The house was really great. There are some cosmetic things, but I thought that overall it was really amazing. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic! The pool wasn't heated, but it wasn't too cold. We used the hot tub a lot and enjoyed that. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials like towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc which was really nice to not have to worry about that. The house was large fitting our family of 4 and another family of 4 easily. The owner was very nice and checked in via message to make sure things were going well. The immediate neighborhood was nice and surrounding neighborhood was a ok. We felt safe and comfortable. It was soooo close to Disney and Knotts which was so great. We could even see the Disney fireworks from the back yard. Great overall place and experience!! You have to try the Italian deli, Cortina's, down the street!!!
