Disney Neighborhood Gem
We choose this property because of its proximity to Disneyland and for the pool. The bonus was the house had some many bedrooms and fun things to do. We would come back from Disney in the late afternoon to take a swim and relax. Remember to push and hold the pool door alarm and give it a second to register before opening the door. We learned this the hard way. Quiet neighborhood, useful kitchen, large family table and couch. Will probably stay again during the summer months. I also thought it was a great value for the number of people it sleeps!

Disneyland Dream Vacation
This properly totally fit the needs of our family of 9 which included 6 adults and 3 children ages 6, 8, and 12. We found the home clean and inviting. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and island which suited our needs at breakfast while we gathered, prepared food, ate, and planned our day. The "Great Room" with its long dining table was wonderful as we enjoyed family meals. We especially enjoyed the pool and the game room where adults and children had so much fun. All in all, the home met and exceeded our expectations so that our family will have these wonderful memories. I would rent this property again.

Great vacation
Lovely luxury accommodations,comfortable sleeping, enjoyable pool, and good cooking stations. And surrounding areas with good activities and highways close by. My family and I had a great stay just one problem was not aware boiler being noticeably louder at night.

Lots of rules but nice property
The property is as advertised and is nice. The pool and spa are great. Location is close to Disney. There are an overwhelming number of rules outlined in a 17 page rental agreement with fees associated with everything. It makes you feel like the property owners do not trust guests and therefore like you are on edge during your stay

Graduation weekend
House was great for our family during Chapman Graduation. Only complaint I have is the city ordinance restrictions and rules posted throughout the house. I understand hosts are trying to comply and give guidance but felt a bit oppressive. Otherwise the house was perfect!

Long Walk to Disneyland
Everything about the house was great. The beds were comfy and that was most important after long days at Disneyland. The walk to Disneyland was much longer than expected and we drove after the first day. Tired grandparents and tired children (ages 7 and 8) could’nt handle the walk. We enjoyed the pool and learned the difference between “hot tub” and “spa.” This home has a spa but not a hot tub.

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood
The house was all it promised. The 16 page rental agreement that needs to be signed upfront sounded really stressful, but in the end all was ok. The communication before and during the stay was prompt and friendly.

Disney Adventure
The house was great for our family and management responsiveness to our questions was great. We did pay extra to have the temperature in the pool raised but the kids were delighted. I had trouble understanding how to control the heat in the spa and missed the first couple of days soaking. Perhaps that could be clarified in the instructions? All in all a great time was had by all.
