We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed for our stay in a warm, inviting setting. Loved the open and ample living spaces that were obviously well thought out and comfortable for visitors. We felt as though the hosts were very thoughtful in making our stay one we would enjoy and supplied everything we needed. We would definitely look for availability on future visits to the area!

Three day stay in Anchorage

We were going to stay in a hotel and then I was reading reviews and decided to look at VRBO. I found this one. Looked at pictures thought it looked nice, read the reviews and figured we would give it a shot. We were very well pleased. It was extremely clean, well taken care of. There are like 6 stairs to get to the porch and then once inside you have probably 15 steps. Not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was quiet except in the morning when the little planes were taking off but we enjoyed watching them take off. We found the location to be centrally located. We would definitely stay again and we would recommend to family and friends to stay there.

Great host! Strong communication, very nice stay for my family for two nights! Comfortable beds and living arrangement. Very close to lots of restaurants. Just a heads up—close to a busy road and next to airport —so there is some road/plane noise in the morning but nothing too bad. Highly recommend!

Stairs yes, but still a great place to stay.

Once you get up the stairs the property was great. Getting up the stairs with our luggage was a little difficult. Would have been nice to have known about the stairs ahead of time. Other than that the only issue we had was that there wasn't much silverware. We contacted them and in a few hours they brought new sets of silverware over. I would recommend them to friends.

Lovely space that included all amenities one could ask for. Suggestions: better signage for address (GPS took us to front of units.) Would have appreciated a phone number or email to get in touch directly with host Instructions on how to use the tv remotes; In description number of stairs to climb for access. Not withstanding the above had a great time and loved your unit

Great place with a nice view and convenient location in Anchorage to downtown. Just off main highway so easy access to road system for sight seeing. Spacious rooms and nicely outfitted. Grounds and patio had a cool vibe too. Would rent again if available. Bob

Not quite a penthouse

The Pros: larger sized upper level unit. Comfortable bed, nicely decorated, host was attentive. Large TVs. Nice mountain views from front room. Nice kitchen with all the essentials. The cons: loud street noise at night and it is across the street from a small plane airport; master bedroom looks out into alley w dumpsters and old RVs; we were there on a warm day and it was 80 degrees inside at 9 pm; some windows don't have screens letting mosquitos in if you open the windows to let the heat out; there are 25 steep stairs to the unit making it difficult for older people w luggage. Overall: it would be nice if the Listing was more accurate. If it's not hot and you are ok with some road noise, it's actually quite nice. Caveat Emptor.

The condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful mountain range views from the living room, very spacious, quiet and friendly neighbors. $15 Lyft to pretty much anywhere. I’d stay here again.

Great location and very responsive owners.

The location was easy to access, parking was easy, and check in was simple. I am relatively inexperienced with using VRBO and these owners made the process very simple. When I had questions the owners were very responsive. I would stay again.
