"We enjoyed our stay. The pool alarms were a bit cumbersome. We didn't need them. The kitchen is not open to the living space. The mattresses need to be changed, especially in the twin/trundle. Otherwise, it was very peaceful, and we enjoyed access to the canal and lounging in the pool!! "

"Great location. Property smelled like cat urine but we understand that this is a pet friendly location. We bought new plugins to manage the smell. A few ants in the kitchen but mostly clean. Shower curtain needs to be replaced in guest bathroom (moldy). The lock was tricky but we replaced the batteries after calling help desk. Overall, we would recommend to others."

"Loved the location! Living room has two twin beds instead of couches. Beds are very uncomfortable; they feel like old mattresses that need to be replaced. Bathroom is tiny. Overall, the unit itself is nice for a weekend trip. Washer and dryer are outside the back door (no one tells you). Also, the door is a nightmare to unlock. You need a key that is in a lockbox that no one gives you a code to..we had to call the management company to get the code. The management company is terrible. We had to...

"We loved this beachfront property, it was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, also provided were linens and towels, as well as beach chairs. We hope to return soon."

"The property was just as described. Location was great, walking distance to the beautiful beach. Loved the high ceilings in the unit. Only recommendation I would make is to put lights on the front deck as we would’ve love to stay out however it was too dark. Great place to stay to enjoy Anna Maria Island."

"Location was great, right off Pine and very near great restaurants, ice cream, shops, pier and small Bay beach. Direct shot down to the bigger beach and easy to find street parking. Very clean, great space, unique layout but kids had no problem sleeping on the trendle and sleeper couch."
