Beautiful Accommodations

The home was so well stocked, maintained, clean and comfortable. It is located close to shops, beaches, the trolley and so many things to see and enjoy. We found the vacation most relaxing and rejuvenating. It was so peaceful and serene.

Great Stay

The property was very well done. Liked the king beds, large and well organized kitchen, living area and the pool. Location was walking distance to both sides of the island, restaurants and shopping. The only issue, the hot tub heat was not working. I would rate our stay and your place a 9.5 out of 10. Thanks.

Amazing home and location!

Loved the classic yet updated style, privacy, and location of this home! Walking distance to everything including the beach. Loved the pool area and Florida room! Will definitely stay here next time on AMI.

Perfect Location!!

We loved our trip to your beautiful vacation home. We walked to the Anna Maria City Pier and the local coffee shops every morning. We really enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean!! Thank you so much!!

Best kitchen, location & pool!

My husband & I love to walk! This was the ideal location. We were close to the beautiful bay, restaurants, & shops! The home was spotless! The property far exceeded our expectations so we gave 5 star reviews! If I had to mention one tiny item, it would be the 'navigator' that must remain in the pool at all times. Otherwise, perfection!!

Will be coming back!

This was our 5th year on AMI and we’ve stayed across nearly the whole island. This place was by far the best we’ve had. The home is exceptionally clean, well appointed, and made accommodating my family very easy. My children loved the pool, and the location made it great to get around, particularly to local restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Anna Maria Island retreat

This VRBO was excellent. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Spacious kitchen. Nice open lounge area to relax or watch TV. Heated whirlpool is a plus. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Amazing Property

We had the best time and the house was gorgeous and so clean!! My only complaint is the rental company Mobi Beach Rentals! The secretary that continued to call me and hound me for more money than what I was told was very rude and not helpful or friendly to work with! Once I was finally able to speak with a manager she was much better to work with and had 100x better customer service! But I would highly recommend this property but unfortunately when we visit next time we will look for a different property that is not run by this rental company:(

Wonderfully relaxing stay

The Lakeview Cottage is a wonderful gem. Beautifully decorated mid century modern with updated everything. The pool was completely enjoyable and wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is completely stocked with extremely nice dishes, pots and pans, etc. Really can’t say enough good things about the place. We intend to return next year and hopefully for several years after.

Lovely Home

This was our 1st trip to AMI. We loved the home and the location. The home was perfect for us and our 2 young adult daughters. We loved the layout and updates in the house. It was furnished with everything we needed. Nothing felt like these were garage sale finds that were thrown into the home. Everything was extremely intentional and well thought out. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week!

Best Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time in AMI. The house was perfect, had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful. My favorite part was the kitchen, my kids favorite was the pool. We hope to be back soon and would 100% recommend this vacation home.

Great house and location

Beautiful and Cozy

Great spot, great time!!!

The location was really close to the main shops allowed us to do everything we wanted to do. The house amenities were phenomenal and the communication from the property management team was beyond what we could’ve expected. Definitely looking at this place to stay again.

Amazing Place!

Very happy with this home. The house was clean and actually way bigger than it looks from the outside. Quiet neighborhood, about two blocks to the Bay side of the island. Everything was as described in the listing. Great communication from property managers/owners. The ONLY two things that were a problem was the screen door on the carport was a bit of a pain to open and shut and in the evenings the mosquitoes are really bad at the pool probably because of the closeness of the little waterway behind the home. Overall we loved this place and will probably book again. Thanks for everything!

Great Getaway

Great Stay

We have rented a few homes in Anna Maria, and this one had a lot to offer and was probably our favorite of the bunch. It was very clean, and we appreciated all of the amenities - from pool toys to beach gear to kitchen supplies and more. Very generous rental on that front. Location is very convenient. The renovated inside was very open and comfortable. The pool, while fairly small, is in great shape and the backyard is lovely. If I can offer up a piece of constructive criticism that I saw someone else make: the wireless internet is very poor and frequently drops out. This would happen maybe 5-10x/day that we were aware of, and would go out for 10 minutes at a time and sometimes require a reboot. This could really impact streaming, as well as a work Zoom meeting I was on. A new router would be a cheap fix to a consistently annoying problem for guests. Also, some curtains or better blinds in the bedrooms would be a nice touch to keep it from getting so bright early in the morning. The blinds don't do much at all. We look forward to being back to this great beach cottage in the future!

We really enjoyed the house for our 2 week stay. Just big enough for our needs and the pool was great. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants! Our only issue was the internet kept going out so you may need a new router!

Great quiet neighborhood north of Pine

We loved this property. it was perfect for my husband and me and our dog loved the open layout as well as the fenced in pool area. The kitchen is fantastic. The best of any rental we ever had on the island. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to Pine was also fantastic. We will rent here again.
