Clean, professional, and close to todos north AMI
The suite was great. The pool and hot tub were great and warm, which helped when on a couple cool days. The lagoon was a nice to thing to be next to (lots of jumping fish) and great place for a patio. Proximity to the ocean is great. And restaurants and shops are a close walk away. But restaurant waits and traffic in spots were pretty bad.

Great location
Beach was just a block away. We didnā€™t use the kayaks because it was raining, but great to have that as an activity on the lake. We walked to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem
Cozy cottage in a prime location, just steps from the beach. Property manager very cordial and accommodating. The best thing is that they anticipated the needs of their guests perfectly; from providing beach chairs & towels, to replacing the patio umbrella the moment I mentioned it, to a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil imaginable. It's that kind of thought & effort that made our stay extremely pleasant... already counting the days until our next trip.

Fun Stay
Everything described in the info and photos is what you get. Leading up to the stay, the owners answered al my questions fast. The locations is what really sold us. easy walk to the beach. Really close to al the local eats. Pool was great (love salt water). The backyard was fun too. They really thought of everything we would need to feel homey. Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely Perfect for Our Family
We couldnā€™t have been more impressed with our stay here. It was incredibly clean, perfectly stocked, from laundry, kitchen supplies to anything youā€™d need for an enjoyable beach time and canal fun. The location is walkable to shops/food and awesome beach access points. I would 100% recommend and return. Our boys were almost 6, 3.5 and 15 months for our stay and the amenities of the property provided us all an amazing time.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway
House and accommodations exactly as detailed. Short walk to a beautiful white beach and kayak right from your backyard. Chilled out in the hot tub every night. First time visiting the West coast. We will definitely be back.

Great location and property
This is a great location just one block from the beach and a short walk to Pine Street, City Pier, Rod and Reel Pier, and Bean Point. You can also fish from the lagoon off the dock on the backside of the property. There was only one fishing pole when we arrived that was in rough shape, but we bought two new ones and left those behind. Pool and hot tub where nice for when the beach was chilly. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrella were great to have and got much use during our stay. There were two minor issues - the grill was clogged and dirty, but we managed to get it working. Also, the towel bar is missing from the master bathroom. Everything else was excellent, and I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing rental
Everything was perfect! Beautiful and clean property with all the amenities. Loved the fish jumping in the water. The pool and hot tub were great. Only complaint is the water in the shower doesnā€™t drain well and there is a smell of sewer in the mornings. Other than that absolutely recommend this place.

The perfect Stay!
The house was great and the location perfect. Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Loved that it had a private patio and right off of a lake. Extra touches such as providing extra trash bags, dish detergent, etc was much appreciated as thatā€™s not typically the case. Highly recommend.

Perfect location on Anna Maria Island!
Property was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was perfect to keep kids entertained during down time between the beach and excursions (pool towels available). The dock on the lake was fun to throw a cast net (brought from home) and watch the countless mullet jumping out of the water. The property is an easy walking distance to the beach and convenient for daily sunset trips. Overall, this property was ideal for a small family to enjoy Anna Maria Island!

Perfect location for beaches/shopping
We had a great time here. Cute little spot, nice and private. Very short walk to the beach and just a slightly longer walk to the quaint shopping area. There was enough space for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The rooms arenā€™t huge, but they do the trick. The swimming pool is excellent, shaped like Mickey. One ear is a shallow kiddie pool or wading pool, one ear is a hot tub and the main pool is no deeper than 5 feet. The door that leads out to the pool has an alarm (you can turn it off) thatā€™s nice to alert if children are going somewhere they shouldnā€™t. That was a nice touch. Beach and bath towels are provided, as is a beach wagon, umbrella and chairs. That was all super convenient, especially the beach wagon. One recommendation would be to update the bath towels as they didnā€™t match the quality of the rest of the premise. Only sample sized shampoo/conditioner and a bar of soap are provided, so if you plan to stay longer than a few days, make sure you bring your own stuff. Also, the kitchen is very well stocked with all you need to cook in house. That was very convenient, as well, since itā€™s hard to eat out with two little kids. If you do eat out, we thoroughly enjoyed Ginnie and Janes for breakfast. Itā€™s busy, but the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. So close to beaches and shopping, we hardly had to drive anywhere. Nice little escape.
