"We stayed with our group of 12 in this home and it was the perfect amount of space to accommodate us all! The house is older and does have some issues, such as doors on first level not closing completely, maybe from shifting? All the amenities more than made up for small issues that need attention in this house. The hot tub on the deck with the beautiful view was amazing! We also enjoyed the theater room and pool table!"

"We loved this beautiful home. It is in the heart of Pagosa Springs and yet was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the fireplace.
