"We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

"wunderschöne, vollausgestattete Unterkunft. Wer fern von Touristen-Trubel unter Einheimischen das Land genießen möchte, für den ist es perfekt. Trotzdem ist man schnell mit dem Zug in Rom oder an verschiedensten Stränden.Alberto war ein absoluter Engel, hat uns kostbare Tipps und Witze mit gegeben.Sehr aufmerksam und auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. "El apartamento está genial por el precio que tiene. Que es un poco justo el paso de la habitación a la sala, no lo niego, pero tiene otras cosas a favor.... Tiene lavadora, la cual utilizamos y nos fuimos con la ropa limpia y seca (con mucha imaginación para tender dentro de la habitación, pero lo hicimos), una gran nevera con congelador, microondas y pequeña cocina... "We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

"This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties."
