"The owners are fantastic!! Very friendly and gave lots of useful information. We were concerned that my disabled mum might not cope but the stairs were manageable with help. I like the location as it’s only a stones throw from a lot of useful shops including Java which do excellent cooked breakfasts. "It was very clean, spacious, and modern accommodation with crispy clean beddings and comfortable beds. There was a small but sufficient kitchen with a fridge, hobs, all utensils, cookware etc. There was free tea and coffee available, TV, board games. Safe, free parking was helpful. I travel a lot and I have never given 10 out of 10 to any accommodation before, but I am happy to do it now."

"Seamoor was the perfect property for our annual family gathering. Its location is superb with easy access to the cliff top walks, the beach, local play areas and cafes, pubs and restaurants in the town. The house is VERY well-equipped, beautifully furnished, has loads of off-road parking and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. "The house was everything we hoped for and more. The decor is spot on and there can't be many houses in Whitby with a better vista. The only thing I would say though is that it is very difficult to load and unload...Church St car park was packed so we had to use the Abbey car park which is a gruelling up/downhill slog for the less fit/able. Be prepared to travel very light as you can't get close to the property with a car. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return."

"Cottage and surrounding grounds were wonderful. Ho wever on our booking it said there was a hot tub so we booked expecting a hot tub. Turns out there wasn't one. Had we known that we would have booked in Whitby itself rather than the outskirts, Host was apologetic and website has been rectified, We had a lovely stay,just not the one we were hoping for"
