Family Time!
The house was the perfect setting for our family to gather together. Lots of outdoor seating, rooftop views, hanging in the hot tub, or playing board games next to the fire. Thank you for creating a beautiful space for us to connect together.

Aptos Beach house with ocean view
Great home for a family getaway with all the amenities. Location made it very easy to access the beach path. Numerous decks and patio with great views from the top. Would definitely stay again.

The home was as described. Had everything we needed and was well stocked. Had nice views and the hot tub was great. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, Capitola, and the Santa Cruz boardwalk. The family thoroughly enjoyed the stay The Host was great to work with and readily available to answer questions.

Aptos Beach Home
It was a pleasant home. Unfortunately there was construction next door as well as several homes down. Wanting to live in the outdoor areas, it made for an unresting experience. They were very gracious to take care of us as left a night early. It was tad chilly and there were no blankets to snuggle with. Bonus though, plenty of bathing towels! Comfortable beds & pillows. Very damp area so seating was always wet outdoors and house had a "closed up" smell due to dampness. Could also use some new pans to cook with. No warm water in the lower bath. Lucky I cold plunge so didn't bother me! Beautiful walk to beach & Manuels Restaurant. A must eat!

Great get away
We booked for our anniversary. The neighborhood is very quiet. The morning marine layer wraps you like a down comforter. The views are wonderful. The hot tub and garden are very private like a small oasis. The roof top deck was sunny and inviting. The property is extremely well kept.

We loved the property, had so much grub, fooz ball, ping pong, hot tub, roof top star watching, board games. Great kitchen to cookin and fantastic day at the beach. Many priceless memories made on this trip. You just might see us there again. Thank you!!

Super nice family vacation home. Full convenient kitchen, clean spa like bathrooms and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the hot tub while the kids played fuse ball or ping pong. Lots of nice views warm sun and BBQ on top deck. Days of beach time and walks to Marianne’s ice cream.

Great place for families.
What a wonderful stay we had! Communication with the host was fast and check in was super easy. We traveled with my parents (in their 60s), my siblings (24-40), and our kids (ages 1-8). There was something for everyone to enjoy. The beach is close, though there were too many stairs to hike down for some of the older/younger folks. It was quick and easy to get to for most of us though. Ping pong was a hit. The fire pit was a lovely touch. Loved that there were beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. We couldn’t get the jets on the spa to work, so that was a bummer but overall everything was great! Something to keep in mind, the house is multilevel so if stairs are an issue this isn’t for you. And downstairs, where the bedrooms are gets pretty cold, there are heaters if you need them but we could have used one for each bedroom (3 rooms, only two heaters). If you’re on the fence about this one, book it. It was a really nice place to stay.

disappointed but made the best of it
Disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Needs to be dusted bid time. Spider webs in every conner. Found a dirty Kleenex under one of the beds. Cable did not work. The patio where the hot tub is located was not cleaned. It was full o leaves. We saw what looked like a small tarantula coming out of one of the piles of leaves. The tub was one of the main things that attracted us to this home. We did not want to use it since the patio was unclean and I did not know what was crawling around in them. There is two flight of stairs one to go up to the main living room and kitchen and one to go down stairs to the bedrooms. We would not have rented the house had we know. We had a senior in our group and this make the trip difficult for them, The garage was converted into a room. It felt odd and the comforters were old an need to replaced immediately. The tennis table was very went from the drizzle and could not be used. They need something better to cover it with. Plus is the cool art in the house, piano, nice kitchen. We would not be staying here again.

Great Vacation Home
Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, clean, well equipped from basic home needs to beach accesories. Nice view from the roof deck. We have enough space for a family of 7 with different age groups. Kids had fun playing fusball and ping-pong while the grown ups had a relaxing time at the hot tub, a great way to end the day after a lot of walking on the beach. The house is just a short walk to Marianne's ice cream which is a big plus! The kids don't want to go home. Wish we could've stayed longer. We would love to stay here again. I highly recommend👍

Wharf to wharf 2022
We had a wonderful time. Will definitely consider staying here again. We enjoyed all the wonderful outdoor areas. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very easy drive to Santa Cruz and Capitola. I can’t really say there was anything we were disappointed in. There was even coffee for us. I brought a Keurig and didn’t even need to bring it in. The only downside? We had to leave 😩

Aptos good location between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Neighborhood is run down. House plumbing needs to be looked at. Many cold showers in downstairs bathroom. Ocean view from second floor blocked by neighbors overgrown hedges. Kids had fun with football and ping pong. Would look for better neighborhood next time.

Great House, Short walk to Beach
Stayed 2 nights with my wife and 3 kids to celebrate wife's birthday. Kids had no problem doing the short walk to the beach each day. Fun dynamic house with multiple decks, BBQ, hot tub, 4 beds, ping pong, piano.... we had a great time.

Winter in Aptos
We throughly enjoyed our trip to Apros. The house was clean and spacious. We found many amenities to make our stay comfortable and like our own home away from home. The view from the top level was beautiful. We could easily walk to get ice cream which was right down the street. The kids enjoyed the spa. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful beach home!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! We didn’t use the jacuzzi or other outdoor entertainment options but we were happy that they were an option. I enjoyed a morning run at the beach, beautiful location, and beautiful house!

The house is exactly as described and in a great location!
We had a wonderful stay in the house. It’s clean and beautiful. The location is very close to the beach but we drove to Rio Del Mar every day instead of walking down to Sea Cliff. We enjoyed our stay very much!
