"Studio is small and no room cleaning during my 4 nights’ stay. Checked in a 2 am and the FO told me my booking was canceled. Asked me to stay waiting until 9 am for his manager. After 20 min discussing, he agreed to check again and found my reservation. Rude and incompetent. I don’t like posting these comments. Not fair for a business to depend on 1 person, but unfortunately this was my experience. "
